We want to celebrate the sheer diversity of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender communities: that's why we’re calling it "Colours of the Rainbow."

It's an exciting opportunity for people to represent their communities and raise money for charity. We looked for all ages, shapes, sizes and backgrounds to represent the different aspects of our lives.

All of our winners will have their portraits taken by award-winning photographer Lauren Sutter of STAR + BLUEBIRD.

Sutter is noted for using vintage equipment and design techniques and specializes in art photography as well as private portrait commissions.

She is also making a name for herself as an arts writer around Adelaide.

Sutter will be organizing photo sessions to take place during the week beginning August 18, so if you are one of our winners, you will be hearing from us very soon.

Each month of the year has its own sponsor who has the right to choose a charity for the calendar to support. Apart from major sponsors the Mars Bar and blaze, sponsors include City Gym, GayDestination and Mac Centre Norwood.
